Hi All,
I tried playing flash files onto my sharepoint 2010 pages but it doesnt work So later tried with Silverlight But silverlight needs a plugin not well established and known to many people. So we used JQuery for some animations.
Just today got an idea to implement Flash in SP2010 pages it worked out well.
Steps we followed
1)Keep the swf file in a server
2) take an iframe and link that swf
3) Place that iframe in content editor webpart
4) You can see that flash file working.
Note: If you place swf files in sharepoint folders it will not work
